Kim underwood-Moss

Manager

Brings over 26 years of experience in the care sector, having worked with both young people and the elderly. Her background includes management roles in hospitality and fitness. She holds an NVQ4 in Social Care Management and numerous certifications, including Dementia care, Medication Administration, and Safeguarding Adults. Kim is also well-versed in health and safety, manual handling, end-of-life care, and GDPR compliance.

Her comprehensive skill set ensures she leads with expertise in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Holly Higgs — Assistant Manager

Holly Higgs

Assistant Manager

Brings a wealth of experience, having previously overseen health and safety at M&S and spent 10 years at Court House, progressing to her current role. Holly's leadership extends beyond the care sector, where she reached the rank of Major in the Devon Army Cadets. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and is a certified trainer in first aid, fire warden, and moving and handling.

Her extensive qualifications and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the team.

My mum initially came to Court House for respite care, but she is now a full-time resident. The care and support she receives are exceptional. She is happy, active, and truly well looked after. As a family, the relief we feel knowing she is safe, calm, and comfortable is immense. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful team at Court House - they have created an environment that offers everything you would hope for when a loved one is living with dementia.

Such a lovely care home, key word home, really feels like a home with friends. Staff are kind and thoughtful, not clinical just homely.

Lots of activities and visitors welcome anytime. Recommended.

Court House staff all go above and beyond. My mother seems so much happier than before, alone at home struggling to cope. Everyone has been very welcoming and I have been most impressed by the activities provided and the quality of the meals. As I visit from abroad, I have eaten the meals myself on several occasions and really enjoyed them. Overall there is a cosy, happy atmosphere.
