Once again, one of our residents, Dorothy has offered a lovely quote which is featured in our quarterly newsletter. This is from Chief Seattle, a famous leading figure amongst the native American people in the early 1800s. This is timely for us at Court House as we are looking for ways to improve how we can reduce our impact on the environment.

“Earth does not belong to man, man belongs to the earth.

Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it.

Whatever he does to the web,

he does to himself.”

– Chief Seattle
